Both the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held indoors. Please note that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held in a separate building than the reception. There is a small walk outside from one to the other. Please be sure to bring appropriate layers. A golf cart will be available to those who need it.

All three parts of the wedding will be at Waterloo Village! Ceremony and cocktail hour will both be held in the Pavilion (building to the left). Reception will be held in the Meeting Hall (building to the right). There is a short walk on a paved sidewalk between the Pavilion and the Meeting House. There is a golf cart available to those who need it. There are no stairs. Weather permitting, we recommend walking around Waterloo Village if you get here early! Around the wedding buildings, there are paved sidewalks. If you venture down towards the canal where the old village is, there are no paved sidewalks -- there are pebbled roads and grass.

Yes! There is ample parking at Waterloo Village.

We kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only occasion. We hope this allows you to let loose and fully enjoy the festivities. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

We would love for everyone to be fully present and enjoy the ceremony with us. To ensure that we have a beautiful and uninterrupted experience, we kindly request that you refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. However, we encourage you to capture memories and take photos after the ceremony, and we look forward to seeing those moments with you!
